Code Red’s Founding Partners, Tom Alcock and Mike Haydon, have 25+ years’ technical recruiting experience and have helped companies like Google, Coinbase and Zoom to make mission critical technical and leadership hires. Together they have built the largest network of cybersecurity thought leaders, hiring managers, and candidates in the world.

Tom and Mike bring a plethora of recruiting industry experience and specialist cybersecurity knowledge that has helped make Code Red the go-to security talent partner of choice for a number of the world’s leading tech companies.

They started their recruiting careers together on the same day and at the same company in Birmingham, England over a decade ago. They have been best friends ever since and business partners for the past 5 years.
